Shipping and Delivery:

In-stock items ship within 24-48 hours Monday- Friday.  Please note Friday orders ship out the following business day excluding Holidays.

Weekend orders will ship on Mondays or within 48 hours, excluding Holidays.

Your shipdate can be found online under 'order status'.

Delivery times vary but usually arrive within 5-7 business days after the shipdate for US deliveries.

International delivery including Canada is aprox 7-14 business days, delivery can take longer at times. This may be due to customs. Your customs number can be found under 'order status' online listed in the 'tracking' section of your order. Please note; This number is for customs and does not provide tracking.

 

 

Note for customers outside of the US:

 There may or may not be customs or import duties charged once the package reaches the destination country. We are unable to say if these charges may be required. These charges are paid by the recipient of the package. Please contact your Customs Agency with questions regarding delivery time and charges as they may have more info for your location.

While My Pink Vanity is not responsible for a package lost while in transit with the shipping carrier, please contact us if you are concerned after allowing 5-7 business days after your package's shipdate if you are in the US. Or up to 30 days after the shipdate for orders outside of the US.

Should a package not arrive, we will do our best to help you to locate the package by providing any necessary tracking information and by contacting USPS to inquire on the package.

You do have an option to insure packages at checkout, this will ensure no loss if in the rare occasion the package becomes lost. Should this be the case, My Pink Vanity will assist you with an insurance claim.
