 Locks by My Pink Vanity®   can be exchanged for a replacement, or returned for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your order provided the following:

*The extension set is in original condition, has not been opened and that the wefts are still packaged together and have not been taken apart, worn or tried on. We have packaged the extensions in a clear bag making it convenient for you to check the color. If you are unsure about your color please contact us - we can help you find the best match to your hair.

To qualify for an exchange or refund- Simply send the product back in original condition, as it was delivered to you, within 14 days of receipt and we will credit your original form of payment.

Once we receive your package, your exchange or refund will be processed within 24 hours Monday- Friday. You will receive an email receipt confirming your request was completed.

For the fastest processing, you can notify us of your coming exchange or return- to do so, log into your account here, once logged in - select "view completed orders" -click the "return item(s)" link next to the item you would like to return or exchange and complete the questions and hit "submit"! We will be notified of your request and we will prepare to process your package asap once it arrives back to My Pink Vanity. Or, email us at hairhelp@mypinkvanity.com

 

Mailing Instructions to request an exchange: 

First,email us here! Let us know what you need, we will be sure to hold your new set until we receive your package for exchange.

 

Next, mail unopened extensions to;  

My Pink Vanity P.O. Box 7032 Grayslake IL 60030 

Please send a note with your package requesting an exchange, including;

Color - Length - Weight of the new set of extensions you are requesting for exchange.

 Receipt or your order number, name, email, phone number and shipping address.

We recommend shipping the extensions via Insured mail. Please hold on to your tracking number until package is delivered. 

If there is a balance between purchase price for new/exchanged set the difference will be invoiced or refunded prior to shipping. Exchange processing time is aprox 5 days upon receiving the package. There is no cost to you to reship your new set, we hope your new hair will be the perfect match!

Please Include your receipt or order number, name, email, phone number and reason for return.

Once the return is approved the refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation for the refund to the email entered at checkout.

We recommend shipping the extensions via Insured mail. Please hold on to your tracking number until package is delivered. Refund processing time is aprox 5 days upon receiving the package.

Important Note: *Due to hygiene reasons we can only offer refunds/exchanges on hair products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. The hair can be removed from their package and be held up to your hair to ensure correct color please be sure wefts are not taken apart/weftsmust be intact. Refund or exchange does not apply to extensions that have been worn or altered. Items returned opened with wefts removed or tampered with are considered as damaged goods- in this case your purchase is returned to you, or is subject to a repackaging fee of 30% purchase price per management discretion.
